Contact lens tips for newbie!?

I just got contacts yesterday, im using acuvue oasys. i like them so far, but it does feel a bit awkward in my eye still.

they gave me a sample size solution called complete multi purpose solution....is that one good?

should i keep using that brand after i run out.. also ive just been using the solution to put in the case where the lens goes and then a drop on it when i go to put it on...

but the bottle has some instructions for like rubbing and rinsing it, should i be doing that too?? how often?

i have noticed some lint gets into the solution when its in the case no matter how hard i try to avoid it..and some lint on the lens as well at times...

any tips will be appreciated!!

also for how many uses does the contact last?

and how many hours can you wear them in a day...

what happens if you fall asleep with them??

and lastly can you go to amusement parks and such with them on? like roller coaster rides or motorcycle things like that?
