Converting .jar/.jad files to .alx/.ali files for blackberry curve?

I want to download BB games to my pc so I can use my blackberry software to add them to my phone. the blackberry website wont allow me to download anything unless it is through my phone, so I googled other options. These options only allow me to download .jar and .jad files. How can I convert them or is there any other way I can download the correct files?
