since the demonasi cichlid rarely grows to be 3 inches could i kep 1 or maybe a pair in a 10 gallon also while you answer i will be looking at habitat and naitive things but if you have them wil you post pics to your aquarium and tell me what kind of environment they like

i keep hearing how great convict cichlids are as a starter cichlid (i am new to cichlids) and how people can put them in a 20 gallon high and i looked at the activity level and size and it is actually smaller than the fire mouth can i put 1 or two fire mouth cichlids in my cycled 20 gallon high
i will NEVER put a fish or any other animal in a situation that stresses it in any way
p.s. if you say anything abouteating it or anything related to said subject i will report you as you are on the pets page and your comment can be regaurded as animal cruelty... and yahoo can find out where you live and send police to investigate the claim to the full extent of the law hav a nice day
