Ok, so i'm cooking crepes early in the morning tomorrow for school (this is my first time) and i dont really want to wake up anybody, since everyone in my family are not early risers and they tend to get grouchy 
sooooooo......what i'm asking is when you cook crepes on a pan, do they tend make loud grease noises (u know, grease flying off the pan....etc.)? When ur trying to stay quiet.....it seems that everything is loud!!! 
And i heard that you should use cooking spray, or a small amount of oil and cook it in medium high heat.....um would margarine work instead of cooking spray, and could u cook it on medium heat?
And any additional tips for making crepes will be greatly apprieciated!!! =) Thank you for ur time!!!
