Cooking time/temp for whole chicken?

I'm going to roast a chicken for Thanksgiving. I bought a whole chicken that weighs 7.07 lbs. I'm planning to stuff it with 1 lemon, 1/2 a bulb of garlic, and a quartered onion (if it all fits into the cavity). Does that require extra cooking time? I want the outside to be nice and browned, but I'm afraid the meat will be undercooked.
