Instead of roasting a whole turkey this year, I'm going to do just the breast in the crock pot. Any suggestions? I want to use celery, carrot, onion and sage for flavor, which is what I use when I do whole chickens in the crock pot. I need to know how long to cook it.
Also, do I cover it with water (I could use home made chicken stock).
