My dad has left me to fend for myself for dinner tonight, and basically all i have to work with is minced meat.
I only just took it out of the freezer then (silly me) and I was hoping to start eating/cooking soon.
It's in a plastic bag so I've got it in boiling water to try and make it de-frost quicker, but is there anything else I can do that will make it go faster.
(I was thinking microwave, but I don't know if that will make the meat gross?)
Also, what can i make with this mince
