ok so last time I attemped a vegetable lasagana with these no-cook lasagna noodles they didn't taste very cooked and were rubbery. My mother in law always wets the noodle a little first and I did that too but not sure what went wrong. Perhaps I didn't cover it tightly enough? or put enough sauce on the layers? Any tips would be appreciate to ensure I have a nicely cooked and moist lasagna. Also last time I made too much for just me and my husband, i think that was a 9 by 13 dish. This time I plan to use a smaller square, like i think it's 8 by 8. Any tips on how high to set the oven and how long to cook it for? I think my mother in law does about 45 minutes..This is a vegetable lasagna..no meat!
also some people cover tightly and then uncover for a while, some keep it tightly covered the whole time? what to do?
