i took my car to a repair shop, have the power steering belt changed, air sensor replaced,wheelbearings done.
I drove it out of their lot with the coolant warning light flashing, but it was 0 degrees out and thought that was why. It never stopped flashing. I tok it back, and they said (after 5 minutes with it) that "it was short a cup of coolant".
The flashing stopped for a couple days, then back on. I also noticed a green spot on the snow where I park. I called them, took it back in, they looked at it, and said they couldnt find anything, that they cleaned the engine off, and to bring Am I risking further damage by driving it? Is it a coincidence that this just happened after it was repaired, or because they are mechanics, should this have been noticed before they gave it back to me? I am really frustrated, and wanting to know if this shop is not good, or if I am getting frustrated for no reason.
