I have recently download 2 surprize attack wallpapers from GameStop for Call of Duty: Black Ops, because I think Black Ops is gonna be awesome. Later, I get the best idea ever. I have a project I need to do on a book called "Fallen Angels" by Walter Dean Myers, I need to do a report and need to make a good cover. For the cover, I decided I wanted to use a picture of one of the wallpapers; a man firing an M16A1 into a room a few little tweaks and what not. The picture says "Call of Duty: Black Ops 11.09.10 which is when it is going to come out. I go to the paint application and paint over the CoD Black Ops 11.09.10 so it doesn't seem like I'm advertising. But, now I'm afraid that I might get in trouble for copyright. Is it okay for me to do this, is it legal? Or am I going to have to leave the CoD Black Ops 11.09.10. Please give a descriptive answer and why I can or cannot do this and I'll award 5 stars.
