Wow, the videos are sick! I'm liking it alot. Just finished Day 2, Plyometrics was hard but very good.
Anyway I'm still not certain on the nutrition. I'm level II and still at school so still limited to what I can eat.
Breakfast: Weetabix and Plain Cereal along with toast (white or brown bread). Lunch: School mean so usually consists of high carb main meal of meat with a side possibly baked beans, vegetables and fruit.
Dinner: Pasta or Rice. I also take multivitamins but they are mainly for general health and not geared towards workouts
Not too sure if I'm not getting enough protein or whether portions are too big seeing as im a 6ft3 85KG rugby player. I've looked on http://www.teenageworkouts.com for help but found nothing.
