Correcting misconceptions

Muhammad ibn (son of) Abdullah ibn (son of) Abdul Mutalib, was born on 12 Rabi 'Awwal in the year 570 C.E. (Christian Era) in Makkah, (today: Saudi Arabia) and he died in 633 C.E. in Yathrib (today: Madinah, Saudi Arabia)

In Arabic the word prophet (nabi) is derived from the word naba which means news. Thus we deduce that a prophet spreads the news of God and His message, they are in a sense God’s ambassadors on earth. Their mission is to convey the message to worship One God. This includes, calling the people to God, explaining the message, bringing glad tidings or warnings and directing the affairs of the nation. All the prophets were anxious to convey God’s message sincerely and completely and this included the last prophet, Muhammad. During his final sermon Prophet Muhammad asked the congregation three times whether he had delivered the message, and called on God to witness their answer, which was a resounding “yes!”.

As well as the essence of their call to One God, another accepted sign of the truth of the prophets is how they live their lives. The accounts of Prophet Muhammad’s life that we have inherited from our righteous predecessors illustrate that Muhammad’s Prophethood was guided by God from the very beginning. Long before, Prophethood Muhammad was being prepared to guide humankind to the straight path and his life experiences stood him in good stead for such a weighty mission. Then at the age of 40 when Prophethood was bestowed upon him, God continued to support and affirm his mission. Any account of Muhammad’s life is filled with examples of his exemplary character; he was merciful, compassionate, truthful, brave, and generous, while striving solely for the rewards of the Hereafter. The way Prophet Muhammad dealt with his companions, acquaintances, enemies, animals and even inanimate objects left no doubt that he was ever mindful of God.

Muhammad’s birth was accompanied by many so called miraculous events and the talk of the extraordinary events no doubt functioned as signs of Prophethood,

Special but not unique circumstances surrounded childhood of Prophet Muhammad and these undoubtedly had a bearing on his character. By the time he was eight years old he had suffered through the death of both his parents and his beloved grandfather Abdul Muttalib. He was left in the care of his uncle and great supporter Abu Talib. Thus even as a young boy he had already suffered great emotional and physical upheaval. Both the many chroniclers of Muhammad’s life and the Quran acknowledge his disrupted life.

Did He not find you (O Muhammad) an orphan and gave you a refuge? (Quran 93:6)

Muhammad’s uncle Abu Talib was poor and struggled to keep his family fed, thus during his adolescence Muhammad worked as a shepherd. From this occupation he learned to embrace solitude and developed characteristics such as patience, cautiousness, care, leadership and an ability to sense danger. Shepherding was an occupation that all the prophets of God we know of had in common. ‘…The companions asked, “Were you a shepherd?” He replied, “There was no prophet who was not a shepherd.”’

In his teens Muhammad sometimes travelled with Abu Talib, accompanying caravans to trade centres. On at least one occasion, he is said to have travelled as far north as Syria. Older merchants recognized his character and nicknamed him Al-Amin, the one you can trust. Even in his youth he was known as truthful and trustworthy. One story that is accepted by most Islamic scholars and historians is the account of one of Prophet Muhammad’s trips to Syria.

The story goes that the monk Bahira foretold the coming Prophethood and counselled Abu Talib to “guard his nephew carefully”. According to biographer Ibn Ishaq, as the caravan in which Prophet Muhammad was travelling approached the edge of town, Bahira could see a cloud that appeared to be shading and following a young man. When the caravan halted under the shadow of some trees, Bahira “looked at the cloud when it over-shadowed the tree, and its branches were bending and drooping over the apostle of God until he was in the shadow beneath it.” After Bahira witnessed this he observed Muhammad closely and asked him many questions concerning a number of Christian prophecies he had read and heard about.

The young Muhammad was distinguished among his people for his modesty, virtuous behaviour and graceful manners, thus it was no surprise for his companions to see him, even as a youth many years before Prophethood, shun superstitious practices and keep away from drinking alcohol, eating meat slaughtered on stone altars or attending idolatrous festivals. By the time he reached adulthood Muhammad was thought of as the most reliable and trustworthy member of the Meccan community. Even those who concerned themselves with petty tribal squabbles acknowledged Muhammad’s honesty and integrity.

Muhammad’s virtues and good moral character was established from a young age, and God continued to support and guide him. When he was 40 years old Muhammad was given the means to change the world, the means to benefit the whole of humanity

usury is forbidden in the Bible

In the Old Testament

They should lend to their brothers without interest, but You can lend at interest abroad

Deuteronomy 23:20 “ 20 You may charge a foreigner interest, but not a fellow Israelite, so that the Lord your God may bless you in everything you put your hand to in the land you are entering to possess.

In the New Testament
The Christian position on usury has changed today. Many churches applied its lawfulness to the circumstances of the time despite general texts forbidding it in the Bible.

Jesus neither paid nor received usurious interest, in accordance with the Old Testament prohibition against it (Exodus 22:25). Usurious interest is forbidden in the Old Testament and in the Koran, as it was forbidden in the religion of Jesus. The economic system of most Christian countries today, however, is based on usurious interest.

the wealthy, founders of companies, banks, great merchants, insurance companies, and even countries large and small were involved in lending with interest, in pursuit of the production and development of wealth. In this regard, various systems and laws were put in place to manage money and lend it, and to collect certain interest on loans, and most people began to deal with banks and deposit their money in banks in exchange for certain interest. that this kind of usury or interest is not forbidden in the Church

God forbade usury in the Quran, as I said, whether the usury be great or small

O you who have believed, do not consume usury, doubled and multiplied, but fear Allah that you may be successful.
(3:130 Quran)

God has forbidden interest if the debtor is in arrears then the creditor should not force the debtor to pay interest

On the other hand, we see the tolerance of Islam in forbidding dealing with usury in all its shapes and forms with all human beings

Islam prohibits others from infringing on their rights, even if they are not in the religion of Islam.

Submission to Allah (the Father) alone as all the prophets did Adam, Jesus, Moses, Muhammad and others, peace be upon them

He (peace be upon him) submitted to this position of a slave of Allah, being submissively obedient to Him concerning all that He orders and prohibits, although the Prophet (peace be upon him) was a Messenger of Allah to all the world.

Muslims love and respect all the prophets, especially the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and this does not mean that they worship them, and this is the greatest evidence of how the Prophet Muhammad treated his companions and all people as brothers and friends

1-

The humility of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) with his Companions

There are many examples of the Messenger of Allah’s humility with his Companions, for example: he, when he was leading the army, used to take the advice of his Companions, as he did in the battle of the ditch when he implemented Selman’s idea, who was one of the Muslim soldiers, to dig a ditch. In fact, he (peace be upon him) helped his Companions in carrying soil on the day of the battle to the extent that his stomach was covered with dust!!

Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) prohibited his Companions from standing up for him, and this was only because he was very humble. One-time Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) met his Companions when he was leaning on a stick, and they stood up for him. He (peace be upon him) did not like such an act from them, and told them,

Do not stand up [for the people] as the foreigners stand up to venerate each other related by Ahmed.

This is opposite to what some proud people do because of their love for people to venerate them. Such people become annoyed with others if they do not stand up for them.

Another example of the Messenger of Allah’s humility with his Companions is that he used to sit with them just like any one of them, that is, he did not sit with them in a way that differentiated him from others, to the extent that if a stranger, who did not know him, entered the gathering where the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was sitting, he (the stranger) was unable to distinguish him from the others. The stranger would ask,

Which one of you is Muhammed?!” Although the Prophet (peace be upon him) was sitting among them (his Companions), leaning on his arms related by Al-Bukhari.

The Prophet’s Message was not a worldly message by which he sought kingship or power. It was a prophetic Message for the next life, whose purpose, at all times, was based on gaining the pleasure of Allah, and whose aim was to inform the people about the Message of Islam.

The greatest example of the Prophet’s humility was clear when his Companions praised him and talked to him as though he was a master; he (peace be upon him) used to often say to them, “I am only a slave and Messenger of Allah.” And when he (peace be upon him) heard some of his Companions call him by saying, “Oh our master! Oh son of our master! Oh the best of us! Oh the son of the best of us!” He (peace be upon him) prohibited them from saying these words by saying,

I am Muhammad ibn Abdullah, a slave of Allah and His Messenger. By Allah, I do not like you to raise me above my true position which Allah set for me related by Ahmed.

2-

The Humility of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) with his family

He (peace be upon him) used to participate in serving his family in the house; he did not think such work was above him. Concerning this, a man asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her),

related by Ahmed

Yes… Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was very noble; he did not, despite his high level and position, disdain to mend his sandals and sew his thobe. In fact, he helped his family in the house and looked after his own belongings without feeling proud and feeling that he was above such work.

3-

His humility as the victor

The day the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) liberated Mecca, the Muslim army entered Mecca as victors with little resistance. They (the people of Mecca) turned their attention towards the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and the hearts of the polytheists, who had harmed the Messenger of Allah and his Companions, reached their throats out of their extreme fear of what the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) may do with them.

In such a situation, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) entered Mecca. He was riding a camel, reading Surah Al-Fath, with his back bent and his head lowered until the edge of his beard nearly touched his ride, as a show of humility to Allah as well as thanks to Him for honouring him (peace be upon him) with a great triumph.

On that day, a man came to talk to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The man thought that he was standing in front of one of the victorious kings. This was the situation in which he found himself: in awe of the prestigious position of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). All that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) did was to calm his fears and say the well-known saying,

Relax! I am not a king. I am just the son of a woman from the tribe of Quraish who used to eat dried meat related by Ibn Majah.

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) made clear to the man that he was not a king, and he told him what his mother used to eat to make clear that he was one of them (Quraish), not a proud one to be scared of. What type of great humility did the heart of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) feel?! He (peace be upon him) used to lower his wings (to care) for the elderly and the young, his family and his Companions, his relatives and non-relatives alike, even the male and female slaves. All of these, in his eyes, were the same; he did not prefer one over the other except according to their good deeds. His biography abounds with many incidents and proofs that testify to his humility with the people, no matter what their status and situation may have been.

Humility penetrated deeply into the soul of Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)

Forgiveness, humility, compassion and tenderness were established deeply in the soul of the Prophet (peace be upon him), which instilled the love of him (peace be upon him) in the hearts of all those around him. It has been reported that he (peace be upon him) never refused the invitation from anyone no matter how poor or lowly the person may have been, and he never refused any gift that was given to him no matter how small it was. Moreover, if he sat with anyone, he did not raise his knees towards him in a show of pride and prejudice…”

In John 14:9 Jesus (peace be upon him) is quoted as saying: Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. This is often misunderstood to mean that Jesus is God. But Jesus clearly said that no one has seen God at any time (John 5:37).

Those who say that Jesus is God, are disagreeing with what Jesus himself said. If Jesus was God why would he say to the people looking at him that they never saw God? And why would the author of the 1st Letter of John in the Bible, writing some seventy years after Jesus was taken up, say that no one had ever seen God (1John 4:12)

although he knew that multitudes had already seen Jesus? The meaning of John 14:9 is not that Jesus is God, but that by knowing Jesus, one gets to know God, since Jesus teaches about God.

This meaning is confirmed by John 1:18 where the writer says that no one had ever seen God, but Jesus had made God known to the people. In the 17th Chapter of the same Gospel, Jesus declared that eternal life means knowing that the Father whom Jesus worshipped is the only true God and that Jesus is the Messiah who was sent by God.(Is Jesus God? The Bible Says No!)

Christian Preacher's Conversion to Islam! - "I Tried to Make Muslims Christian" I Towards Eternity

Tough Questions of Priests! - Most Debated Issues of Muslims & Christians ‪@MohammedHijab‬

someone told me

The Qur'an

I just read the first chapter and it’s explanation online and I’m quite taken aback. I’ve also heard the recitation online - this is otherworldly - and feels divine in origin.

What if we are wrong about Islam and it truly is the final message from God to mankind?

I mean, think about it. All the monotheistic religions are from the Middle East, and Islam claims to be a continuation of the very same tradition stemming back all the way from Adam, to Noah, to Abraham, to Moses, to Jesus and finally to Mohammed. When I look into the core theology which each of these chosen of God preached, I find the very same unshakeable message - it’s continuity is undeniable - and to deny this fact would be akin to signing away all of ones faculties of reason, logic, and higher thinking.

If you truly are a seeking heart, why don’t you pick up a Quran and read/study it with sincerity like I am?

I can’t believe I’m preaching to read the Quran already lol but yeah, do it, if you can live up to your username.

The Qur'an is in Arabic and the translation of the Qur'an is only an approximation of the meaning of the Qur'an

Many non_muslims learn the Arabic language in order to study the original manuscripts of the Qur’an as an original source and return to it if the translation makes a mistake in the meanings of the Qur’an.

Because you have an original source for the Qur’an, which is the Arabic language in which the Qur’an was revealed, even if there is an error in one of the translations to interpret the meanings of the Qur’an.You have an original source to correct the translation

Unlike Christians, they do not understand their Bible and interpret it according to their whims

Christ spoke the Aramaic language

However, you will not find the original source of the Bible as a reference for Christians in the Aramaic language, but only translations in different languages such as Greek and other languages. You do not have a reliable and original source to correct the mistakes of the writers and the incorrect translation.

Is the Islam True Religion If Yes, How? Answered By Dr. Zakir Naik

How to prove that Islam is the 100% true religion Dr Zakir Naik

Does John 14:6 prove divinity of Christ? Jesus answered, I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him

The verse states that Jesus was the "WAY".What else would we expect a prophet of God to say except "I am the 'way' to God's mercy"? That is his job. That is what a prophet does. It is why God chose him in the first place; in order to guide to the mercy of God.So John 14 verse 6 doesnot prove divinity of Christ.

Jesus in John 17:3 is Clearly addressing the Father (singular) as THE only true God and not even implying that he is part of the makeup of this one true God.

Hence -> this now is the eternal life, that they should know YOU -> (singular) (Father) the ONLY -> true God (singular) AND (another) Jesus Christ.

Christ, peace be upon him, the prophet of God

Why Jesus said: I am the way and the truth and the life

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon himworshiped God (the Father) alone, like Christ and all the prophets before him

Therefore, the prophets lived spiritually with the true God.

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, had scientific miracles that scientists have proven to be true.

And non-scientific miracles that have historical proofs and witnesses.

Indeed, these scientific and non-scientific miracles have occurred in the past and present, as attested by scientists.

The Qur’an is a revelation and the word of God, infallible from error

There is no comparison between ordinary people and their experiences and the prophets and God’s true revelation to them.

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him despised false worship to any man-made gods or images or anything in creation as a god. He hated all of the complexities and degradation to which it leads.

This is in direct obedience to the second commandment in the mentioned verses, "Thou shalt not make any graven images."

But we find pictures and statues in churches, and some Christians prostrate to the statue of Jesus and prostrate to the statue of Mary

Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, performed these same ceremonies in worship to what we find the prophets doing before him, bowing to toward the ground and prostrating (falling on the face) while praying and worshipping.

Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, never drank alcohol or strong drink, even though it was a very normal thing for people of his time and place.

"O you believers! Intoxicating drinks, gambling, fortune telling, etc. is the hated work of the devil. So stay away from all of that horrible stuff, that you will be successful."

Worshiping God is pride and victory in itself and in it there is equality between all people

Muslims worship God who created everything. Allah forbids us from worshiping anything else (e.g. statues, the sun, moon, Jinn , Angels ,saints, priests or even Prophets). He does not need any partners or intermediaries. Everyone can always worship God .directly.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) lived in the desert in Saudi Arabia

Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) lived in Palestine

.

the time of our Prophet (S), human beings were living under all kinds of oppressive systems. J.H. Denison aptly sums up the miserable human condition prevailing at that time:

“It seemed then the great civilization that it had taken four thousand years to construct was on the verge of disintegration, and that mankind was likely to return to that condition of barbarism where every tribe and sect was against the next, and law and order were unknown…. Civilization… rotted to the core, riven by the storms of war, and held together only by cords of ancient customs and laws, that might snap at any moment. Was there any emotional culture that could be brought in, to gather mankind once more into unity and to save civilization? ... That such a culture should have arisen from Arabia just at the time when it was most needed.” [J. H. Denison, Emotion as the Basis of Civilization, pp. 267-268]

The Prophet mohmmed(S) liberated human beings from these oppressions and opened the door of true freedom for humanity. The Prophet’s mission (and therefore his Sunnah) was to establish the unity of humankind (2:213). This was a necessary consequence of the belief in the unity of God (112:1). The Prophet (S) did not achieve this high goal by rituals and dogmas alone. Nor did he accomplish it by supernatural means. He (S) and his companions (R) persevered and struggled to create social and political change through Quranic education and training. They challenged the secular, tribal, and temporal forces of exploitation and corruption. They torched the path to freedom by removing the chains placed on human beings by these forces: “… lift[ed] from them their burdens and the shackles that were upon them...” (7:157). This struggle of our Prophet (S) and Sahaba (R) gave unimagined freedom to oppressed human beings. Thus the darkest period in human history (quotation from Denison) was turned into a most enlightened one.

God revealed the Qur'an to the Prophet Muhammad to correct the previous books

God forbids usury, adultery, alcohol, gambling, pork, incest,

However, we find in the Bible that these calamities are not prohibited in some parts of it

And Christians do it openly and attribute it to Christ and they are not ashamed

Christians are deceived by the devil

Because their book contains these taboos

But the Qur'an forbids that

The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, who ordered the abandonment of usury, adultery, alcohol, gambling, pork, and incest.

John 11:25-26:
[Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?]

There is a big difference between the word “resurrection” and the word “resurrector”. Jesus (peace be upon him) is clearly explaining to us that the one who believes in his words which are from God, he shall never die; meaning his soul will live in bliss forever when he is resurrected by God, the Resurrector, the only One that can raise the dead from their graves and bring them back to life on the Day of Resurrection.

So, resurrection is the act of resurrecting while resurrector is the one who resurrects people. Obviously only God Himself is worthy of this attribute and none of His creation; not even the most loved prophets to Him.

According to the Free Online Dictionary:
Resurrection – The act of rising from the dead or returning to life.
Resurrector – Noun of the verb resurrect – To bring back to life; raise from the dead. This means the one who brings back to life.

While we know Jesus brought the dead back to life as a miracle, we also know that his was only by permission of Allah. All prophets came with miracle to prove to their people that they were true prophet of God.

Allah says in the Quran:

{And [make him] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], ‘Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead – by permission of Allah. And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.} (Quran 3:49) [emphasis added]

Jesus performed miracles that he only achieved as a proof to his people of his prophethood and only by the permission of God, not because he is God himself.

22 “Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

We also say it to the Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him

We also say it to the Prophet Moses, peace be upon him

And for all the prophets from Adam to the last prophet, Muhammad, peace be uponthem

It was narrated by Anas ibn Malik that the prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) said: ”If someone sends one prayer upon me, Allah sends ten prayers upon him, He erases for him ten mistakes, and He raises him ten degrees.”

Praying on the prophet one time, Allah will send us blessings ten times, and ten of the mistakes we committed will be erased.

Praying on the prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) will get us closer to him in the afterlife. The prophet said:

“The person closest to me on the Day of Resurrection is the one who sent the most prayers upon me.”

Actually, there is NO Command in either Quran or Ahadith that it should ONLY be read in Arabic

Imagine, if you can’t understand Arabic, what would be the point of having it then?

You can read in any language you understand

Quran came in Arabic because it was best language, with maximum capacity to contain meanings and depth, thus Arabic being a biggest vessel for greatest Book is best match.

Though it is best to know Quran in original language but it is not a pre-condition. Arabic should be learnt. Most non-Arabic Muslims learn how to read Arabic, and they read in Arabic with help of side by side translations.

A Quran as Book must have Arabic text, then any translation can be given.

It is commanded to convey message of Quran to all world. It will be impossible to wait first to teach everyone Arabic then convey. Convey in their language. Learn and teach them Arabic too.

It is universal in the sense that anyone can become a Muslim. Speaking Arabic is not a prerequisite to becoming Muslim.

If a person wants to understand the Quran they can either learn Arabic (and the associated knowledge) or they can go to someone who already has.

If a non Arab wants to understanding the Quran then translations in every language are available.

Since it was written in a language that most people do not understand, which is the Aramaic language, and they claim that Christ was sent to all nations, although he was sent only to the lost sheep of the Children of Israel.

Every prophet came to convey God's message to his people according to their language

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
John 14:10

What is meant in this text is the metaphorical union between Christ and the Father

It is not a union of body with body or connection of self with self. It is not a physical union

Rather, the point of saying is that it is a union of guidance, love, contentment, reconciliation, and support from

God (the Father) to his prophet Jesus, through whom he conveys the message of God (the Father) to people like the rest of the prophets.

This is what the New Testament referred to

20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.

spirituality is not enough

Hinduism is considered a polytheistic religion, as it recognizes the existence of about 330 million gods, but there is only one god above these gods, which is the Brahma

Christianity worships the Prophet Jesus Christ as God or the Son of God, and He is the Savior of humanity from its tragedies and pains, and that He bears their sins for them.

The Jews worship God, but with attributes that are not worthy of God’s greatness, and they say that Uzair is the son of God.

They are all spiritual and do not care about their books, so do we know who is the true God or the true religion through them?

Only in the spiritual waywill everyone remain on the path of darkness and falsehood

There must be correct scientific and historical evidence for religious books, then spirituality comes on a disciplined basis after knowing the true God

It is not just an illusory spirituality that depends on the whims and desires of humans, and everyone does what they like and worships what they like

The only book for which Allah had promised to keep as it is is Kur'an. It is now as it was when recited to Muhammad pbuh, unchanged. Kur'ans authority is derived from his miraculous preservation, scientifical correctness

Christmas is the Pagan ritual entered into the religion through the church in 325 AD by Constantine in Constantinople.

The birth of Jesus was in mid-summer rather than winter of solstices which was the invention of the Pagans to worship “SUN” being born (raised) on 25th December, as they worship Sun so they thought that Sun has died on 23rd December because of shortest day, suddenly when sun was lifted up on 25th December they overjoyed and believed that the “SUN” has born on 25th of December and from that day this cult was entered.

Two verses from the Quran and Bible show that the birth of Jesus was in mid-summer not in winter Solstices.

The Quran says in chapter Maryam 19:25:

And shake the trunk of date-palm towards you, it will let fall fresh ripe-dates upon you.

In this verse, Allah was commanding Mary, mother of Jesus, through an Angel to go to Palm tree and shake the trunk and dates will fall thereof then eat them and get refreshed in your pangs and throes.

Now if you meet any horticulturist he will tell you that the dates always fall in mid-summers.

Now let us analyze the Bible.

Luke 2:8

“And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night.”

Ask these Christian missionaries why were shepherds looking at their flocks in 25th December at night time? When at that time it happened to be much cold in the open field that the flocks could freeze to death. Those days were not like these days as there was a city heat of vehicles and industries.

Then we are told that when Jesus was born three kings came to visit the child by following the star from the east. How come in the winter nights stars can be seen? As we know that the mist, fog and smoke cover the sky in winters.

So we can conclude that Bible is not giving the specific date neither the Quran but the hint is there that it was summer time not winter.

The tradition was added by the Church in 325 AD regarding the names like Easter Day, Eucharist and Christmas etc.

(John 1:14)

We must note - first of all - that these words mentioned in the Gospel of John are not the words of “Christ,” but rather the words of “John.” Christ did not say such words at all.

Christ never said that He was the Word

With extensive study and knowledge, we will find that they are the words of a Jewish person named (Philo of Alexandria) (20 BC - 40 AD) who lived in the Hellenistic era in Alexandria. He was a philosopher and thinker who was influenced by Greek philosophy.

It is known that John wrote his Gospel after the death of Philo and borrowed the term from him.the Word

Then if the Word is God and the Word became flesh, this means God becoming flesh, and this is a change in God, and their book says 6 “I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. [Malachi 3:6]

Q & A ~ John 1:1~ In The Beginning Was The Word And The Word Was With God Dr.Zakir Naik #zakirnaik

what is john 1 1

• The Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him had a strong presence. His charismatic nature left a strong impact on all those who met him. A lady named Umm Maʿbad who met him on his way to Medina and described him as follows:

• I saw a man, pure and clean, with a handsome face and a fine figure. He was not marred by a skinny body, nor was he overly small in the head and neck. He was graceful and elegant, with intensely black eyes and thick eyelashes. There was a huskiness in his voice, and his neck was long. His beard was thick, and his eyebrows were finely arched and joined together.

• When silent, he was grave and dignified, and when he spoke, glory rose up and overcame him. He was from afar the most beautiful of men and the most glorious, and close up he was the sweetest and the loveliest. He was sweet of speech and articulate, but not petty or trifling. His speech was a string of cascading pearls, measured so that none despaired of its length, and no eye challenged him because of brevity.

In company, he is like a branch between two other branches, but he is the most flourishing of the three in appearance, and the loveliest in power. He has friends surrounding him, who listen to his words. If he commands, they obey implicitly, with eagerness and haste, without frown or complaint (Shama’il al-Tirmidhi).

• Muhammad peace be upon him became a Prophet at the age of forty. Prior to that, he was living a normal life in society. He conducted business, married, attended social gatherings, and mingled with all types of people. He did not lie even when he told jokes and never cheated in business. He had one characteristic that quickly became apparent to all those who interacted with him; honesty. He was never known to have lied and even those who rejected his message referred to him as the truthful one.
