Cost to lower the rear of my truck so it sits even with the front ? Where to do this?

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Reg cab 2wd. I noticed the rear sits higher than the front. I know this was intentionally done by the factory in order to haul loads more efficient.

My question is how much would it cost to level my truck so it sits even?
Where could i get this done?
