if i bought a phone from telus would my rogers sim card work on it

If the mobile is unlocked it will accept all sim cards.If it is locked with Telus network then you need to unlock it to be able to use with Rogers sim.You can get the unlock code for your mobile from Wickedunlock.com by specifying the mobile make,model,country and network to which it is locked to.
