Could i burn a Blu_Ray Video onto a Normal DVD+R Disk?

The video is like 4.3gb and the disks hold 4.7gb?
So if i can burn it it need to be trancoded so adds more to the size, but if i go over, it will fit to disk and loss a little quility, but it is blu_Ray and a little quility will still make it better then usual DVDs
 
Not for use in a player as DVD players use a different encoding to Blu_Ray ones so although you can fit the data onto the disk it wont play.

if you transfer the data to a computer and use a Quicktime, Flash , Real Media or (worst) Windows Media format file then you can play it at the high resolution but don't expect it to play on every machine as it depends what video codes you have installed on your particular machine!
