I'm thinking of going back to school, but I want to get into a program that is useful and can get you a job actually. Would a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition be a good choice? If not, what would be a good choice?
I find that I'm most interested in Nutrition, but I'm scared of chemistry since I haven't had chemistry in a long time. I'd really like to get a bachelor degree to further my knowledge though. I have an Associates in Arts (liberal arts degree) that really doesn't get me much and is very generic. I might even be considering a Master's program but that is down the road.
I'm 22 and went to school from 18 - 21 at community college and I didn't always take a full load because I couldn't decide what I want to do. For the past year, I haven't gone to college.
Which university should I go to?
a) University that is about 40 minute drive and is a public university, rather large
b) Expensive private college that is about 15 - 20 minutes from my house.
I would be commuting if that helps.
I had a 3.9 at one community college and 3.6 at another one (So, yes, I've been to many schools). I'm scared to start up a university too because it is generally harder than a community college and more expensive.
