could i get some bittorrent help?

I am using utorrent 1.8.3 and I can't seem to figure out how to use it so well. I am trying to download national lampoon barely legal and I put it in u torrent. Its in the completed section but has an up arrow on it and the ones that work have a check mark. How do I make it so it works? I am also trying to figure out where you choose the path of the file. Any help is appreciated.

You go to the location where the file is saved, you don't open it from uTorrent, if that's what you're asking. The check means that it's done and the torrent is stopped, the up arrow means it's seeding.

Option to change the file location is in Options>Preferences>Directores.
