Could i keep Reef fish in the Elite Style 60 Tropical Set with all there

if i was say to keep just 2 baby clown fish
would i just need a tank some salt a termometer and filter
name any other products i should have

By 'reef fish', I take it that you mean salt water fish. If so, then no. 60 litres is WAY too small for a marine set up, even for a micro reef, and even if you are an unbelievably talented expert... which I doubt, as you wouldn't be asking a question like this, if you were.
It would make a nice little tropical set up, though.
Just make sure that you do some research on how to 'cycle' a tank.
