Could this be a sinus infection?

I woke up this morning feeling the same way I always do but when I went to blow my nose it came out all pink (no like a bloody nose when its mucus with red blots) I have no pain in my nose or headach and im wondering if maybe I caught a sinus infection and I havent felt any pain yet, just wondering if its something to be concerned about.
