Could this be Bell's Palsy?

My 9 year old had bell's palsy 3 years ago. This morning I noticed that she was talking out of the side of her mouth again like she did three years ago. Last week she had a stomach virus and was running a fever of 103.6. Last night she had a really bad headache to the point to where she was crying really bad. Is it possible to have bell's palsy again or am just so scared she will get it again that I am over analyzing this? Please help!! Thanks in advance!!

The Doctor told me she should never get this again.
