it's leaking antifreeze? I have a 94 Ford Taurus. I know where the leak is I just don't know the name of the hose to buy and replace. At first I thought it was the upper radiator hose I know that's a big hose, are there different pieces or sections to upper radiator hoses? If it is the big one, (my leak is coming from a smaller hose) then I'm thinking it may be a heater hose because the hoses are connected to 2 metal pipes on one end, the other end they go into some part of the engine. I have 2 pictures, 1 is a far away look to get a good perspective of where I'm talking about: http://img697.imageshack.us/img697/4632/hosepicture1.jpg The other is a close up of the two hoses: http://img594.imageshack.us/img594/2180/house2close.jpg One of them is leaking but I want to replace both but have no idea what they're called, radiator hoses, heat hoses, I'm confused and just trying to learn about fixing easy car problems. One of the two hoses has a small leak and is spewing antifreeze everywhere. The two pipes these hoses are connected to, one I can see leads to the dash, the other wraps around and I haven't verified where it goes to. Thanks so much if you can help or tell me anything, just trying to learn : ) I think you may be right, they look similar to the picture of a bypass hose when I look it up online. AJ I wish I could give you like 50 thumbs up : ) The one heater hose, what fit would it be pipe to waterpump or pipe to something else, pipe to thermostat?
