Cricket broadband,how do I increase the speed of my internet?

I am not too technical,but whenever I go on youtube or play a song etc.,the music keeps on stopping etc.
It plays for a little bit and it keeps playing,this is what happens over and over again.

I assume that this is because my Cricket broadband is not too fast,am I correct?


What can I do to increase the speed on my internet,FOR FREE?

%%%%%%% HOW CAN I SWITCH FROM CRICKET TO FOR EXAMPLE AT&T OR VERIZON? IS IT LIKE CHANGING FROM SPRINT TO T-MOBILE,BUT KEEPING THE SAME NUMBER?
 
Yeah this has to do with your Internet provider and not your computer or browser or anything like that. If I were you I'd pay 20 extra a month and switch over to AT&T. It is more expensive but you get 3G broadband speed with which you can stream videos and music with no problems. Unless your in an area that doesn't get 3G coverage or that gets really bad regular reception. Check the coverage maps to see if you can get 3G in your area.
