R RyanH Member Sep 5, 2010 #1 So Ill be 18 next year, and I would like to go on a cruise. From what I have read I have to be with someone over 21? Why is that? and are there any cruises that would allow me to go as well as bring a friend of mine who is gonna be 16 at the time?
