My bf hurt his back a few days ago and the pain isn't easing...he's been taking painkillers but it hurts him to move. He is refusing to go to the doctor because he's sure it'll go with time, which I know is stupid. I've been rubbing deep heat into his back which helps for a short amount of time, any ideas what exercises or medication he could take to relieve the pain?
