Customer's complaining about cenima!! ,any ideas?
what is the customer's complaining about the cenimas or cenima's hall?

and how can the cenima's stuff or worker help them ?

plzz answer me,i should to pass the homework 2moro :)

Um, I'm guessing you mean "cinema", as in a movie theatre?If it is , it's spelt "cinema", sorry , not picking on you, just wasn't sure if that's what you meant?
I'm not sure what to suggest, just that the staff would have to ask what the customer's complaint was , and try and rectify the problem?
Sorry, I guess that's not much help, but it really depends on the type of complaint
