Cyberlinks PowerDVD 5?

I have Cyberlinks PowerDVD 5 software and I inadvertently through out the paper cover it came in, and it had a code on it. My problem is I just wiped out my PC and now I don't have the code to reinstall it. Can someone tell me where I may find it? Or perhaps someone out there might have the code and wouldn't mind sharing the number.
