Technically, my dad isn't going on a vacation. He is going on a personal issue. My dad wants to pass on the duty/rights or whatever you want to call it to me (give me permission to pay for the car, mortgage, etc.) I am just over the age of majority in Ontario, Canada (18 years old). How can I do this? He leaves tonight so I really need an answer ASAP. I'm thinking about just writing some sort of agreement and have him sign it but then again, I don't know how to word such things. Someone please help?
