I'm a 15 year old female. I don't usually have many issues with getting my daily nutrition, but I was just wondering - what would be the ideal breakfast, lunch and dinner (and a snack or whatever), where I would get everything that I need on the vegan diet? Thanks so much. Also, if anyone has any good sandwich ideas that contain most of my daily nutrition that would also be really helpful. Thankyou!
