Daily vegan nutrition?

I'm a 15 year old female. I don't usually have many issues with getting my daily nutrition, but I was just wondering - what would be the ideal breakfast, lunch and dinner (and a snack or whatever), where I would get everything that I need on the vegan diet? Thanks so much. Also, if anyone has any good sandwich ideas that contain most of my daily nutrition that would also be really helpful. Thankyou!
 
You know, speaking of nutrition, it's sad to see how simple some of the solutions are in principle, but also how unwilling to help some corporations are, simply in the interests of monetary gain.
