DELL DIMENSION 8200 recovery cds NEED HELP PLS?

Dell is horrible at customer service. I need recovery CDs but cant find them. Sales or tech wont help me. I want to reset to factory settings. My compaq recovery cds i just pop them in and an hour later my cpu is bran new! I dont want to install windows, drivers, etc.. Dont they make a recovery cd?
