I was in a car accident in May 2008. A woman ran a red light turning left and i ran in to her. The woman's insurance company claimed it WAS her fault and is ready to pay for the damages. Total damage to my car was 5K and I had to pay 500 deductible. My car is a 2007 audi and I paid 34K for it. MY car is now worth a lot less because it was in an accident and had front damage. Will her insurance pay for the depreciation value on my car since it was her fault for the accident? if not, what do I do in order to be compensated?? Thanks
