The Philadelphia Eagles keep making changes. After cutting Jason Babin, the Eagles put DeSean Jackson on IR. The move ends the season for the talented wide receiver. Jackson has been diagnosed with fractured ribs.
On the year, Jackson has 45 catches for 700 yards and two touchdowns. In his last game of the season, he had one catch for nine yards on Monday Night Football.
Jackson joins a who’s who of Eagles on the sidelines. On MNF, the Eagles were also without starting quarterback Michael Vick and starting wide receiver LeSean McCoy.
The Eagles are currently 3-8 and their season is basically over at this point.
