Determination of Nicotine in Tobacco?

Hey, guys. I did a lab last week where we had to determine the nicotine in tobacco and I am having trouble with the calculations.

3.0117 grams of tobacco was weighed out. The organic layer of tobacco was transferred to a beaker and 25mL of this organic solution was then titrated with the 0.03835M perchloric acid (HCLO4) and 4 drops of crystal violet indicator solution. The yellow endpoint occurred after just 2.499mL of addition of titrant.

From this data, how would I determine the moles of nicotine, grams of nicotine and wt/wt% of nicotine in the original tobacco sample?
