I've loved Power Rangers since I was a kid, even with all the cheesy acting and obviously fake monsters. It had violence, colorful costumes, and a b*tching heavy metal soundtrack.
Things kinda went downhill when Disney bought the franchise from Saban. They relied too much on CGI, and didn't really have the same feeling as the original seasons.
So, when I heard that Samurai would be Saban's creation, I was all like, "SQUEEEE!!!", and egarly anticipated it.
So then the day came when it premiered. I watched it happily.
But is it just me, or did it actually get WORSE than the Disney seasons? Horrible script, CGI overload, and a raped version of the original themesong greeted me upon watching it.
So, does anyone have a valid reason Samurai is any good?
