Did anyone else get their apps erased when you updated your device to iOS 6.1.2?

The update failed at first but I managed to update it on my second attempt, but when my phone restored itself, everything went back except all my apps. Why?
And I can't seem to get all my apps back :/
Maybe I should download them one by one again
 
Nope. Works fine for me. You should be able to redownload your apps, but sounds like a pain in the...
