Funny, I was just wondering/reading about it myself.
You need a computer with a USB port and a phone. You buy the MJ for $40, plus the $19 annual fee. The jack goes in between the computer and the phone.
I read a bunch of reviews and conversations about it. Apparently the calls can sound great one time and terrible the next. There were enough negative reviews to make me not want to get it.
