Did I blow future friendship?

I hung out today for the first time with a popular girl at school and we had a good time. I think I was obviously nervous and when she dropped me off, she was talking on and on telling me a story and when she finally stopped I said "okay talk to you later, i had fun." and left. I glanced at her while i was closing the car door and she was looking down and she didn't respond. Did i awkwardly just leave on her? It feels like it or maybe she just didn't say anything? I feel like an idiot, is it even that bad?
 
Maybe you should ask her about it, in a lighthearted way, don't make it a big deal. But say something like "Hey I'm sorry I kind of cut you off like that!" Or whatever you want to say.

It's so easy for misunderstandings to happen between people. You'll never know what she was really thinking unless you say something. Make her feel at ease about it to show her you're at ease about it as well. It opens things up and makes communicating and understanding one another a lot easier!
 
First of all why does it matter if shes 'popular' or not? Obviously shes not a real friend to you because you're so uncomfortable around her. Also, you shouldn't be so insecure. Who cares what she thinks?
 
If she tells a long story like that and all you do is leave without even acknowledging it, yeah, that's kinda rude. You should apologize.
 
I dont see what is wrong were you listening to her? Ma be she asked You an important question and she probable thought you acted like you didn't hear her.
