Breakfast - 2 eggs and bacon (yeah not that great)

Lunch - 1/2 a healthy choice phily panini ( http://www.healthychoice.com/products/ew... ) which would be 155 calories
Ranch to dip the panini in
and a small bowl of homade potato soup

Dinner - Pork, mashed potatoes and gravy (Not very healthy) and carrots.

Snack - Bananna shake (it is milk, ice, a bananna, and some shake powder mix) and a glass of 100% fruit juice.

I am 16. So can you explaine to me if I ate healthy yesterday why or why not. Because for me this is a really healthy day but I keep hearing that I ate very unhealthy. I mean I did have about 2 - 3 serving of vegtables (the vegtables in the panini, the onion in the potato soup, and the carrots with dinner). I also had 2 servings of fruit (the bananna shake and the 100% fruit juice (yes it does count as a serving of fruit as far as I know). I mean I know that some stuff like bacon, ranch, gravy are not good for you but... I mean I know this was not super healthy but it is better then fast or fried food right...
I'm trying to lose a tiny bit of weight (5 - 10lbs) but mostly I am just trying to be healthy. I can only eat what my parents buy and I can only eat when my parents have the meals prepared...
We only have a big breakfast like that once a week...

Not particularly, but it wasn't particularly bad either. A lot of your meals contained very fatty foods (bacon, eggs, ranch, pork, gravy) and even your "vegetables" weren't very good. You should try eating some raw veggies and more green ones. It also sounds like you ate a lot of meat and not enough grains. Of course it's better than fast food but you need to work on balancing your meals a little better.

That sounds healthy to me! At 16 you shouldn't worry about eating gravy or whatever. You're allowed to have some fatty foods throughout the day.

are you trying to lose weight? this is fine for you but the key to losing weight is smaller meals and eating more frequently. like every 2-3 hours so your metabolism is always moving it makes it faster.
