Breakfast - four pieces of raw broccoli with dip (water)
Lunch - 2 very thin slices of pizza (diet coke)
Dinner - Tuna and artichoke sandwich (water)
That's all I ate all day. The reason why lunch was kind of unhealthy was because I was at a party. But tell me what you think.
Today I am planning on having (I already had breakfast + lunch) -

is today healthier?
I am not on a diet or anything, just trying to eat healthier so maybe i could lose like 3 pounds. I am also exercising a lot. But do you think that is okay if I keep following that kind of eating? If not, what should I change?
