did i just get scammed from ordering on the internet?

i ordered something on beautyrose.com worth $58 and haven't received it...i'm supposed to receive the package on the the third day after ordering because i payed for a 2nd day air. i ordered on sunday the 8th and today's the 12th!. they only sent me one message on the day that i ordered, saying they received it ans stuff. i even emailed them that what''s going on..i didnt get a message back, and i dont have any other way to contact them cus their phone number isnt on the frigging website.
has anyone ordered here before? is it a scam?
i even tried tracking the order but they gave me tracking number or update me on the tracking status.

I'm not sure if it is a scam but other customers are having the same problem you are.
