Did the dish network technician mess up my televisions?

I just got dish yesterday, my televisions are brand new and were working just fine before I got dish installed. All of a sudden after this technician comes out, both televisions that got hooked up to the satellite will not come back on! Coincidence? Or something that the technician screwed with?
No it is more than that. Ever since the tech came out, my electricity in my house has been going in and out, now i'm afraid they have messed up my televisions, because they will not turn on at all. Nothing to do with the box, my televisions are broke! meaning what is the use of having dish network, if I have no television to watch them on!
 
I doubt it seriously that he screwed up your TV. Just a thought, If you unplug the set top boxes do you get snow on the screen. If you do, he didn't do anything to your TV set.

It could be that the set top boxes are not turned on or something. Check if power is running to the set top box as well.

Call Dish and ask them to send out another tech to look at your setup. I'm sure they will make it right for you.

You also might ask about the setup too like does and don'ts.
