1) Did you know that Michael the Archangel is Christ the Lord? No. 2) Dan 12:1-2 Please read this first http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=dan%2010:12-14&multilayout=cols&version1=49&version2=9 Michael is a prince present at the time. A prince of what? The Bible mentions a Jewish "prince" named Michael whose descendants returned from the Babylonian captivity: http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=ezra%208:8&multilayout=cols&version1=49&version2=9 Clearly, this "Michael" of chapter 10 is the Jewish prince Michael who was (apparently) an important figure (military leader? diplomat?) during the Persian wars of Daniel's time. I cannot help but believe that this is the same Michael that Daniel mentions in chapter 12. I see nothing in the passage you quoted that suggests that Jesus is Michael the archangel. Michael in the passage is not called "prince of peace" or "good". Michael in that passage is not claimed to do any of the things that Jesus did, nor is he claimed to have any of the capabilities that Jesus did. Jim, http://www.bible-reviews.com/
