Diesel coming out of the four injectors in my Mercedes Sprinter 311 CDI.

I have just replaced all four injectors in my Mercedes Sprinter 311 CDI van in hope to stop the diesel coming out, and have even asked my best friend, who is a mechanic, to take a look at it. None of us can find anything wrong, yet there is still diesel coming out. Anyone have any idea's how i can fix it without taking it back to a Mercedes garage. Thank you.
