Diet.com Fit Lifestyles presents: Airband "Two-A-Days has a new meaning." Did the girls of Sigma Kappa win for the 4th time in 5 years? In the conclusion of this series, the girls of Sigma Kappa at the University of Delaware compete against every sorority during Greek week. As the defending champs, the girls practice twice a day for a total of 4 hours for a month in advance. Exercise is no chore for these sorority girls who strive to be the best. Airband is a dance competition that has been taken to a new level in the past 10 years. Find out who won.
