Diet/Nutrition or lifestyle advise?

Hi

I live a very active life, and im constantly burnt out during the day, i was wandering if anyone can give me advise on what is the best diet to follow for my lifestyle....

I work full time, and my lifestyle follow...

During lunch i go out to the gym at work and work out...as listed above, i have activities after work and trying to sustain that energy level...

I try getting a good nights rest the night before....which makes a difference for the next day

however my diet is all over the plans

usually i have the following everyday

Breakfast:
Bacon & Egg roll...or oats, followed by regular coffee

Morning Tea:
Banana, peanut butter sandwich

Lunch:
A can of soup with tuna, or pasta
sometimes coke

Dinner:
Up&Go energize, a can of baked beans or spaghetti

im burning out during lunch, and seeking if anyone had a better idea of a better diet then me?
