Direct Tv Satellite Signal and trees?

The tree is 30 feet tall and a satellite is on a balcony that is 4 feet tall from the ground. The distance from the satellite to the tree is about 10 feet away.What is the least amount of feet the satellite can be from the tree for the angle from the satellite to reach above the tree.
 
Is this a math question, or are you in the process of getting a satellite receiver ?
If it's a math question, go study the book, and if you are getting satellite TV, then the angle is not the answer, as the dish has to be aimed at the satellite regardless of the tree.
And I might mention, the tree, if in the way, will degrade the quality of picture.
