I've heard that even when you block/lock out a channel, that the content can still show up "scrambled" (i.e., you can still see the content through the "snow") It this true? Anybody had experience with this? Please be specific about (a) whether you have had personal, recent experience with this, and (b) what network you were using. Thanks!
