Does anyone know who is over the Advocate Dept. & how to reach them? I'm having issues with the Directv Cinema & Media Share. The Advocate Dept. says it's a Network issue not their equipment or service. I can't get either on my 2pcs. I can't get either one to work on my 2pcs. They installed everything but won't assist in getting the issue resolved. It hasn't worked right since it was installed. They refuse to offer any support other than refer me to 3rd party forums or call the Geek Squad. If i call the Geek Squad they will credit me $75.00 on my bill. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get support from Directv on my issue?
