Directv channels being switched or lost?

I have a Directv receiver and several channels have been lost or switched around,normally this would not be a problem,but tonight,I recently discovered BBC America is now the Nat Geo channel and that's lost. None of the other receivers have any trouble just mine(the other two are dvr receivers) mine is not,does that make a difference,does anyone else who does not have a dvr receiver have this trouble.Please answer ASAP,thanks
