okay so i need so advice, my sister used my name to get service years ago, she canceled it last yr, i received a call today saying i was to pay for it, so i called her she said she has canceled checks that shows its paid, bill collector says no and wants his money from my checking account(300) i asked them if they received payment they said never and that the service was canceled this yr..what should i do?
