directv ppv unathorized charges resolved i got my money back from better business?

why did it took4 weeks for better business breau to contact my directv provider to fight for my ppv charges that i havent made but good thing they resolved my issue unlike comcast where i filed 8 complaints with them and comcast still havent issued me credit thanks good i dont have comcrap anymore i have directv and i got 44 back for the fraudlent ppv chargs that i didnt owe why does it take better business breau to make directv to fully refund my account back?
 
The BBB can't *make* anyone do anything. They can strongly suggest but that's it. The only impact from not doing as you wanted is a ding in their statistics on the BBB page. I'd wager that *this* time it was too minor an issue to deal with further.
